DustOff for Cement Plants

Cement production generates large volumes of particulate matter (PM10 and PM2.5) in practically all its phases: extraction, grinding, transport, packaging, and storage. This dust impacts worker health, damages equipment, affects air quality, and can lead to fines for environmental non-compliance, in addition to compromising ISO certifications and the operation's ESG goals.

DustOff is a high-performance industrial solution that allows for prolonged dust control, reduces water usage, minimizes operational risks, and complies with the highest environmental standards, without altering the plant's daily operations.

Where can DustOff be applied?

  • 🛣️ Internal Roads with High Truck Traffic

  • 🧱 Unloading and Raw Material Receiving Areas

  • 📦 Packaging areas and product transfer zones

  • 🚧 Loading and unloading platforms, clinker and aggregate storage yards.

  • 🏞️ Auxiliary or unpaved roads within the industrial perimeter

  • 🔧 Areas close to sensors, control panels, or exposed electronic equipment

How does DustOff work?

DustOff works by binding to dust and soil particles, forming a stabilizing film that prevents dust from being lifted by wind, machinery traffic, or industrial vibration.

Unlike traditional watering, its effect is longer-lasting, moisture-reactive, and does not require constant intervention. Its formula is compatible with demanding industrial environments, without generating hazardous waste or affecting surrounding materials.

Strategic Applications with DustOff

  • 🔹 Internal logistics:

Less dust contamination in truck transit areas.

  • 🔹 Stockpiles:

Dust control over large areas without the need for encapsulation.

  • 🔹 Production:

Dust prevention in areas near milling or silos.

  • 🔹 Maintenance:

Reduced obstruction in sensors, filters, and exposed components.

  • 🔹 Environmental compliance:

Direct support in mitigation plans for DS 144 or EIA.
